Refund Eligibility

  • Customers are eligible for a full refund if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time will not be eligible for a refund.

  • To initiate a cancellation and process a refund, customers are required to contact Chef Dahlia customer support with their order details.

How to Request a Refund

Exceptions

  • If the food received is not as described or has quality issues, customers must contact Chef Dahlia within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Our team will review the complaint, and if valid, a refund or replacement will be offered.
